Spending nearly every weekend either backpacking, hiking, or camping, Jessica has always been a huge fan of the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. She moved to the US from Hong Kong at a young age and now feels lucky to be able to call Washington her second home. Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, Jessica is excited to help others like herself to find their American dream home.

Ever since moving to the US, Jessica has always stayed local here in Seattle. She received her BA in Finance and Information System from the University of Washington, and has been working at Microsoft for the past 3 years. Aside from academics and her career in tech, Jessica has always been fascinated and passionate about the real estate industry. She purchased her first home at the age of 22 and is continuing to grow her real estate portfolio. She has personal experience in buying homes for rentals, Airbnb, and house-hacking. Jessica's goal is not only to help home buyers find their dream homes, but also to help others learn to leverage real estate investment to set themselves up for future financial success.
