Jordyn Woodke

Jordyn was born and raised in Federal Way and has lived in many cities in the Greater Seattle area, including Bellevue & Downtown Seattle. She currently resides in Des Moines for the convenience of servicing her clients from Tacoma up to Kirkland. She has lived back and forth between Scottsdale, Arizona since 2009 but keeps finding her way back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

After graduating from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice she took her talents to different Intellectual Properties Law firms, specializing as a Docketing Consultant. This work helped her set up a strong foundation to understand the ins and outs of contracts. Her strong attention to detail and punctuality makes Jordyn an expert at handling transactions. Being a collegiate athlete has given Jordyn the competitive edge that sellers and buyers alike can appreciate. She is able to thrive in a challenging environment all while keeping her cool and making it a fun experience.

In 2019 she finally listened to her parents and made the switch into real estate. Her parents are real estate investors who have laid a strong foundation in the Tacoma Community so when she was finally ready, she jumped in feet first! Since starting her real estate career, she has helped more than a dozen people find or sell their homes and has joined forces with her parents as an investor as well!

In her spare time Jordyn enjoys working out and being outside! She is part of a community called R3NTPAID where the goal of the members is to keep your body moving to keep your mind right! It’s a group of people motivating each other to stay active & healthy mentally, physically and emotionally! She is also an Abstract Artist.
